The complaints which NAMA will look into (but is under no obligation to do so) can be categorised as follows:

  1. When two (or more) of the NAMA members are in dispute with one another.
  2. When the Body of Trustees of an S/T complex is in dispute with their M/A who is a member of NAMA.  (The complaint must be endorsed by each Trustee).
  3. In the case where an owner lodge a complaint against his M/A who is a member of NAMA.  (The complaint must be endorsed by at least one Trustee.)

Please complete the form as accurately as possible and upload any proof/correspondence that might be useful during our investigation.

Please note that should we agree to investigate your complaint, we will request corresponding documentation and proof of your complaint. Please keep this close at hand to streamline the complaint process.
